This Privacy Policy explains how Archi-Jobs.com collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or use our website, register an account, post or apply for a job, set up a candidate profile, purchase services, subscribe to job notifications, or otherwise interact with us.
This Privacy Policy applies to Archi-Jobs.com and to related services that refer to this Policy. It does not apply to websites, recruitment systems, or services operated independently by employers, payment providers, social networks, or other third parties.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by law, we will request it separately.

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
We do not require candidates to provide Social Security numbers, passport copies, full identity documents, bank-account credentials, or detailed medical information. 7. Candidate profiles, résumés, and applications
Candidates may set up a profile, upload a résumé or portfolio, and indicate that they are open to being contacted by employers.
Depending on the visibility settings chosen by the candidate, profile information may be visible to registered employers or employers with an appropriate paid service. Contact details may be restricted to eligible employers.
Candidates are responsible for deciding what information to include and for keeping their information accurate. Candidates may edit, deactivate, or remove their profile using available account functions or by contacting us.
When a candidate applies through an external employer website or recruitment system, that employer or provider processes the application under its own privacy policy.
Archi-Jobs does not make hiring decisions. We may use profile and vacancy information to rank, recommend, or match opportunities, but we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
8. Employer and recruiter use of candidate information
Employers and recruiters may use candidate information only for genuine recruitment purposes relating to relevant professional opportunities.
They may not use candidate information for unrelated marketing, sell it, publish it, build an unrelated commercial database, retain it longer than reasonably necessary, or contact candidates in an excessive or misleading manner.
Employers and recruiters act as independent controllers for their own processing of candidate information and are responsible for their own privacy notices, security measures, retention periods, and compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws.
